Here's a little treat. By way of a sneak peek at something I've got in the works for a new venture, here's a piece of original music I wrote. This will appear in the final work. As such, it should NOT be considered available for public use.
What is this new venture, I hear you ask? Well, keep your eyes peeled. I reckon I'm about a month away from launching it properly. It'll be happening over on Twitch, and then later on the content will be ported over here to a separate channel. The focus won't fall on video games and it would feel bogus posting it here. I'll post more promotional details here in due course.
This is a simple melodic jam using two guitars and a synthesizer. For the gearheads out there, the main guitar part is played on my 1998 Gibson Les Paul Classic through a Line 6 POD Go. Some light backing chords are played on my Japanese replica '52 Telecaster. The synthesizer is an old Korg Wavestation SR rack unit, played from my Roland XP10 synth. That's some pretty old gear that I had a few adventures restoring recently!
All patches on the POD Go are my own.
Oh, and by the way - if I hear this anywhere it's not supposed to be, there will be DIRE consequences. You've been warned.
Don't go poking your heads near any alien eggs now...
