After a lot of testing I gave my feedback on the Arcanist that included some criticism. I noted that the Arcanist lacked passive self-healing and heal over time skills that many other classes had, which would make it more challenging to play for beginners and in Solo content. I also noted that the Fatecarver beam, while extremely powerful was EASY to interrupt, often causing you frustration over lost Crux stacks.

I'm happy to say that the ESO developer team at ZOS seems to be listening to feedback and has many quite a few positive additions to the Arcanist, just a few weeks before the class is set to hit the live servers. Let's dive into the PTS Patch notes and check it out!
