I've literally played every other Resident Evil but zero. It's been a long time coming and yes, I've avoided all gameplay vids of this just for this reason.

Resident Evil Zero is a pre-quel to the Resident Evil 1 remake which covers what Rebecca saw before the mansion incident. There's a bit of a "two characters; one player" theme to it which we'll see more of as the game goes on, but for now I'm just going to start on Hard mode and die a bunch.
