This is a more relaxed map, and this is when you introduce the preparation or tactical menu (whatever you prefer to call it) most of the units you are going to have will be totally fatigued, which means you can't play in this episode. To remove all the fatigue there are 2 ways:

The 1st not to participate in a chapter, after that the fatigue returns to 0.

or 2nd It is possible to participate in a chapter with the character fatigued, but for this you need an item that the character must have it equipped to use it which is the "Stamina Drink" a rare item that is very useful when you have to use characters that are fatigued and you really need to use it in certain chapters.

The maximum fatigue of each character represents the maximum HP of the unit, ie. If a unit has 18 HP, the maximum fatigue it can reach is 18, if the fatigue exceeds the maximum HP. The character will be fatigued, this is very important, since there are characters that have very low HP as a base, for example: Safy, Lifis among other characters that their HP can be quite low and become fatigued very quickly. Each action or each combat that a character enters, 1 point of fatigue is added.

For characters like for example: Leif, being the main character has no fatigue level so he will participate in all the chapters, other characters like Armor Knight, Cavalier, Fighters, their HP becomes much higher. So it is very difficult for them to get fatigued and they can be used in several chapters in a row.

There are quite a few combinations you can do with fatigue and honestly this is a very interesting mechanic and one that I like. The idea of this mechanic is basically not to use a character that is pretty broken and use it over and over again, the idea is that people know how to adapt to situations and bring in other characters in case other characters are fatigued. There are 2 ways to increase HP:

1º When you are about to level up a certain character, give them the Scrolls that normally increase the HP growth rate, when you level up, you are more likely to raise your HP.

The 2º way is to use the Life Ring, it gives you a lot of HP, but it's up to you if you want to use it so your character doesn't get fatigued easily, or use it for those characters that need extra tanky.

STRATEGY:

For this chapter it is possible to recruit Marty, for this you will have to talk to Osian or Halvan.

There is a Gaiden Chapter here, and the requirement for this is to capture the enemy boss before Turn 15. If you fail to do so, the boss will ride his mount and it will be impossible to capture him. Before we go any further, units that are mounted are IMPOSSIBLE TO CAPTURE. Keep this in mind because from now on you will see a lot of units that are mounted and it will not be possible to capture them.

The enemies in this chapter don't become a problem, BUT........... The boss can be a real problem. The first is as you know, he will be in a terrain that will give him 10 extra Defence and 30% Avoid, but on top of that the boss has 3 Vulnerarys that in case you leave him weakened, on the enemy turn he will use it and recover completely. There is a way to counter the Vulnerary, for this you need to bring a thief whose Speed is higher than the Boss, if so then you can steal it. Remember that once you steal the Vulnerary from the boss, the thief will be exposed, so use "Rescue" and put him in a place where he won't be exposed to attack, use Carrion or Finn which are the most ideal.

Once done, you can now concentrate on capturing him. It is very difficult to capture him, the best candidates to capture the boss is Finn with Scroll with the Brave Lance, Leif if his build is higher than 10 or other characters whose build is higher than 10, have good damage and weapons and with good Hit Chance.

TIP:

If your Hit % is too low, try to use more accurate weapons and use characters that can support you to give you more hit %, critical and other stats.

If you find that you need more time to capture the boss, try to split your team in 2.One concentrating on killing the enemies while you visit the houses, while the other group goes towards the boss, to waste as few turns as possible, so you have more time to concentrate on capturing the boss.

This map is quite good for training units, bring units that you think need to be trained so that they can be of help later on.
