I will post a more concrete guide for this episode as you will see that I have ignored some parts here.

There are 3 characters that can be recruited, Troude, Perne and Tina.

Tina is recruited by talking to Safy
Troude is recruited either by capturing him or by talking to Perne.
Perne can be recruited by several characters, Salem, Lara or Lifis. And here is a special event:
If Lara talks to Perne, she will not only recruit Perne but also Lara will change her job to Dancer, and you will get a skill that allows an ally to perform another action. Keep in mind, if you switch from Lara to Dancer you will see his stats reduced, which makes him an even weaker character and his speed will be greatly reduced. Even if you see him become a very soft character, with the Dance skill, he can be very useful in battle as long as you don't expose him to danger.

There are several chests, but it won't be possible to take them all. Because there are Thieves and they will steal the contents and run away.

There are 5 chests on this map, and in them you have: the Accost Manual, Fortify, Armorslayer, Shield Ring and Master Seal.

Armorslayer is on the right side
Fortify in the middle of the map
Acost Manual in the upper half, on the left side of the map
Shield Ring is the same as Acost Manual, but this time on the right side.
Master Seal is in the lower left part of the map.

Think about which rewards you want to get, it is difficult to get some of them, but if you use Warp or Sleep Staff, you can get those rewards. If you decide to use the Sleep Staff, make sure the Thief steals the content first and then put him to sleep, this way you prevent another thief from stealing his content and you can capture the sleeping unit without any problems.

In this chapter you can get Master seal and Warp Staff from the Dancer, but for this you don't have to kill any Dancer classes, and wait 25 and 30 turns for these Dancer to appear and then steal them.

It's a lot of turns to wait and it can be very useful later on with the Warp Staff, but I decided to ignore it in this case.

STRATEGY:

There isn't much strategy here, but there is one strategy that makes the chapter pretty quick.

But first, try to have vision with torches or the Torch Staff.

To do this, use the Warp Staff transports, Salem, Lara or Lifis and recruit Perne. Next, Perne steals Tina's Thief Staff, so you don't waste the uses of Tina's Thief Staff that only she can use. You can use Perne to break through and then talk to Troude or capture him with any unit. If you brought Safy, make sure before you finish the chapter (which is completed when you capture the throne) to recruit him, he is one of the most broken characters in the whole game, not only because he can use the Thief Staff and Unlock Staff which are staffs that only she can use. But also, if you train her SK, MAG and HP in a decent way, she can be one of the most amazing characters in the game. With a high chance of having a second action (25% chance).
Unlike the Thief Staff of the Thief's Steal skill. Thief Staff works when the user has more magic than the enemy, and the coolest thing is that he can steal anything, including weapons ignoring the CON. And then there is Unlock, which can open either doors or chests and these 2 Staff have infinite range and only Tina can use it. That's why it's a good unit.

You also have Perne with his Kingmaker, this weapon not only has good damage and can attack twice. But besides that, if you have it equipped it gives you the Charm effect which makes it a very powerful weapon, you can use it exclusively to use it more for the skill than using it as a weapon by itself. Note that Charm can stack with other Charms skill, for example Nanna.

Which gives you a nice boost of hit and avoid.

What doesn't stack is 2 skills of the same type. For example: Nanna have the skill of Charm, if you decide to equip the Kingmaker, only the Charm of Nanna's skill will work while the Kingmaker will have no effect.

It is therefore recommended that another user who does not have the Charm skill can use it.
That's why I recommend that Leif has the Kingmaker.

IMPORTANT:

Any recruitment that is by the talk command, try NOT to SILENCE, SLEEP or BERSERK status effect (The last I haven't checked), to these units. Otherwise it makes it impossible to talk to the user and hence the inability to recruit him, so BE VERY CAREFUL.
