This is the twentieth chapter of the Fire Emblem: Fuuin no Tsurugi draft playthrough, completed in 8 turns (144 total). This gaiden is kind of annoying, not only from the awkward layout, but the constant pelting of long range magic and staves. More RNG manipulation was required to get my frail units to survive.

Ellen gets to promote here. I decided her staves were more important than Sophia's, and besides Sophia still needs room to grow.

I wanted to burn up the boss' Berserk staff by the time Alan came into range (he has 100 hit with it on him), so I have a paladin get into range for some of the early turns. Ellen gets to break out her Restore staff and get some starting exp towards her next level.

Fa gets some use as a Bolting meatshield given her ludicrous Res, and she also takes a few kills too. I'm conscious of using her as little as possible so I can save some of that dragonstone for the later chapters.

The RNs were a bit kinder than the previous chapter. Although I had to do some manipulation on half of the turns, I didn't have to spend ages looking for a result that would allow my frail units to survive.

Alan gets to move all over the place, taking out the bishop in the top right, and later the sage and sniper that block the path to the throne. Between Lalum and the other paladins I was able to provide enough support to bust through without costing time.
