Alear and her stewards reunite with Lumera, the Divine Dragon Monarch, and the mother of Alear. After learning about the Emblem Rings, and Marth being one of the 12, Lumera tests out Alear and her allies in a mock battle, which takes place in Lythos Castle Gardens.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After arriving at Lythos Castle, we go through some dialogue, and I always find it strange that despite Alear's name is displayed in the text box, for example, when a character says "Divine Dragon Alear", they just say "Divine Dragon", Alear's name is never even said, at least Byleth was referred to by title in Fire Emblem: Three Houses instead of name.
We learn the Corrupted are used by the Fell Dragon, which could be that scary looking person in the prologue, and we then enter the Ring Vault, where we learn there are 12 Emblem Rings, and Marth's Emblem Ring is known as the Ring of the Hero-King. Then we enter the gardens, and our opponent is Lumera, but at least this is a mock battle, and for some reason, the soldiers are somehow crafted using plants and rocks, don't know how that is even possble. As this is a mock battle, if you are playing on Classic Mode, if any of your units are defeated in battle, they will remain available for the rest of the game.
Then we learn the weapon triangle, but we can break enemies, preventing them from getting in a counterattack, leaving them open for the rest of the turn. We test out two new units, Clanne, a Mage, which can use magic attacks from a distance, and he has Verdant Faith, which grants Hit +10 when he is adjacent to Alear, and Framme, a Martial Monk who comes with an Iron-Body Art, arts are a new weapon type which hit twice consecutively, and they can be used to break opponents that use bows or tomes, she is also a healer as she comes with Heal, and she has Verdant Cheer, which provides Avoid +10 when adjacent to Alear.
Clanne is a Mystical Unit, which ignore terrain bonuses when attacking foes, and Framme is a Qi Adept Unit, allowing her to use Chain Guard to protect allies from attacks, instead, the unit with Chain Guard take damage 20% of their own maximum HP, and can only be used if their HP is full.
After taking down two Fabrications, it is time to take on Lumera, the Divine Dragon, that is the name of her class, and she wields Libération, a sword, this does put Vander at a disadvantage, but he can help get in some damage on her.
After that, it is time for round two, and this time, Lumera brings in an Emblem Ring of her own, and she has Sigurd, the main protagonist of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy Knight, and his Emblem Ring is called the Ring of the Holy Knight. With Sigurd active, Lumera can wield Ridersbane, a spear which deals bonus damage to cavalry units, while Vander does have the weapon triangle advantage, Ridersbane can deal some good damage to him. Marth's Rapier deals bonus damage against cavalry, which can help against the Cavaliers, and you can find Emblem Energy, if a unit that is synced with an Emblem, the gauge will restore completely.
After that, we go through more dialogue, and Lumera hands down the sword she used in the mock battle to Alear, and it is time to explore Lythos Castle Gardens, and we learn about Supports, even though Support Conversations cannot be viewed until around Chapter 4, you can pick up some items from the glowing spots, and it is time to move onto the next chapter.
