The farthest I've ever strode into a "P2W" build is this: A +Atk Soleil died for the Firesweep Sword. A fully built Winter Robin died for Brazen Atk/Spd. A +Atk Nephenee died for Wrath. This set pushes Hana's offensive potential to its absolute limit & together with tactic buffs & drive/spur buffs, she's fully capable of reaching above 80 attack. The highest amount of attack she did reach in this video was 77 but as I said, she can reach higher.
