Hooray for defense chapters that don't have secondary early rout objectives. Everyone gets 10 turns out of this baby no matter what, so do your best to eliminate everyone as quickly as possible with the powerhouse units you have, or spend as much time as you need within that 10 turns to build up the free staff EXP from healing, since the enemies aren't difficult at all with a well built team.

I'd take this chapter to give Sothe as much EXP as possible to not be a total combat liability later on, if anything for his speed, HP and defense just so he can live longer in case he gets attacked.
