It is time for Byleth and the Black Eagles students to access the Holy Tomb, and we find Sothis's throne, but we then get a surprise attack from our opponents. We then learn the Flame Emperor's true identity, and we have to stop the Flame Emperor's troops from stealing the Crest Stones. After the battle, Byleth is given a tough choice that will affect the story.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is time for the Chapter 11 mission, and this one is where you get put in a tough choice after the battle, as certain events happen after that. After Rhea shows Byleth the Holy Tomb, which is where Sothis's throne is at, the Imperial Army attacks, and this is the one thing I don't like about this route that other routes did well, and that is the Flame Emperor, on the Black Eagles route, the Flame Emperor's true identity is revealed before the battle has even started, and doesn't even come masked or anything, so we don't get that plot twist moment like in Blue Lions.
Our objective is to stop the Flame Emperor's troops from stealing the Crest Stone, and one thing to note, you cannot deploy Edelgard for this mission for obvious reasons, and Hubert can't be deployed either. You don't have to save every Crest Stone, but you do get a good reward if you can save all of them, and only Imperial Soldiers in the Thief class will prioritize on stealing the Crest Stones and escaping, so a good strategy is having a unit with Stride and some Cavalry or Flying units to defeat the thieves.
There are two Demonic Beasts on this map, the one on the left is weak to Lances, and the one on the right is weak to Axes, and they have Flame Breath for their Staggering Blow, a Priest will heal the Demonic Beasts if they have taken some damage, and he drops a Vulnerary if you are playing on Hard. Some of the Mysterious Mages have Gambits, like Group Flames and Resonant Flames, and those deal magic damage.
I can go over the enemy forces, first is Metodey, the assistant of the Flame Emperor, he begins moving if your units are in his range, and he shouldn't be too difficult, because like Kronya, he is an Assassin, and he has high Speed, so he can avoid attacks easier, he has Empire Raiders for his Battalion, which use Absorption, the Gambit is inaccurate, and he does have Poison Strike to watch out for.
Next is the Flame Emperor, who has entered the battle without the mask, the difference on Black Eagles compared to other routes is that the Flame Emperor has Crests and a Personal Ability, I won't spoil what they are if you happen to be reading this part of the description before watching the video, and can counterattack from any range. The Flame Emperor is a tough opponent, as Seal Strength and Seal Magic can reduce the damage your units do to the Flame Emperor, and with a high Charm stat, Flame Emperor Co. is very likely to hit, and the Flame Emperor will very likely use it right away, and Raging Flames is a very powerful Gambit with a wide area of effect. If you have saved some Gambits and some powerful Combat Arts, you should be able to take out the Flame Emperor.
After the battle, different events play out, on Blue Lions, a cutscene plays, which plays out the Flame Emperor reveal better than the other routes, on Golden Deer, nothing special happens, the Flame Emperor's identity is revealed at the end of the battle, but on Black Eagles, the Flame Emperor's identity was revealed before the battle has even started.
Then Byleth is given a tough choice, if you went with Edelgard back in the Monastery before this battle, you will have the other choice that takes you to the secret route, otherwise, you only get one option, the other will be replaced by "..." if you didn't go with Edelgard back then.
The choice you pick does affect the story, and you do lose certain units, I will go more into detail in the next part of both paths, and yes I will be showing both parts side by side, if you watched that 3 hour video I uploaded before this part, you will know which path I will take in this playthrough, but I wanted to show both results before then.
As for the rewards, if all Crest Stones were saved, you get a Rusted Bow, which can be forged into a Silver Bow, and a Knowledge Gem, so it is worth it if you can save every Crest Stone, if you saved at least half of them, you get an Advanced Seal.
