This is the second part, or well, the second chapter of Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, and Shez arrives at Garreg Mach Monastery, where he meets up with Rhea, the archbishop of the Church of Seiros, and Shez is given a choice on which house to pick, and he will be a student in one of the three houses.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I decided to add that warning in case you don't really want the game to be spoiled for you or want to wait for the full game to come out, but I won't say which house I pick in the description, and by the way, you can carry over your save data to the full game, I will not be continuing my playthrough of the demo into the full game, so this is just a bit of gameplay on the demo version.
When you pick the house, Jeritza becomes the teacher of the house you selected, I remember in Three Houses, when you talk to Caspar at the monastery, he mentions how Jeritza was originally going to be the teacher of the house Byleth chose to teach before Byleth helped the house leaders.
After a lot of dialogue and cutscenes, I feel like it takes a lot of time to get through text before the battle starts, and the battle takes place at the enemy hideout, where some of Kostas's bandits could be at.
Depending on the house picked, Shez is the sword user, and you have the lance user, the axe user, and the ranged attacker picked, for Black Eagles, you will have Edelgard, Hubert, and Ferdinand, for Blue Lions, you have Dimitri, Dedue, and Ashe, and for Golden Deer, you have Claude, Lorenz, and Hilda, as this map is all about making use of the weapon triangle.
After some time, a Thief shows up, and he has the Chest Key, which you can use to open the chest, or if you picked Blue Lions, Ashe can open chests without a key, the chest contains a Leather Shield.
There is the second half of the fight, in the northern part of the map is the dungeons, and capture the keep to rescue Monica, the former Black Eagles student who was kidnapped, then help her escape, and there is the Mysterious Mages to watch out for, and while her name is displayed as "???", the only time her name is revealed during the battle is if you chose Black Eagles.
After a while, Kronya shows up at the center of the map, she is a sword user, so having your lance user, like Dimitri, Ferdinand, or Lorenz depending on the house picked, can stand a good chance against you, and after defeating her, a Demonic Beast appears. When fighting a Demonic Beast, you can inflict armor break if you deal enough damage to it with certain weapon types, and it should go down if you have all of your units go in with an All-Out Attack.
After the battle, we go through some dialogue, and about Monica, she does join your team if you picked Black Eagles, and I did see speculation where Edelgard was planning on saving her in Three Houses, but the intervention of Byleth had ruined her plans, but I don't want to go too far with it, but let's say Monica's backstory in Three Houses isn't really that interesting, but this is an alternate timeline to Three Houses where Byleth does not become a professor at the Officer's Academy, and Jeritza is the teacher of the house selected. Then we get some cutscenes about one of the characters from Three Houses who you see at the monastery and the secret behind them.
