So thanks to recent high demand, the Epic store put the Mortal Shell beta completely up for grabs. It takes a little bit to find it (you might have to do it via their web site and not the store app), but once you do find it, it's like getting a demo. So far the game has a lot of Dark Souls vibe to it but with more of a Bloodborne feel to the combat. Having done Nioh 1, Bloodborne, Sekiro along with some Code Vein and the Nioh 2 beta, I can say Mortal Shell feels closest to BB.

The game has been fun to play and the way it handles items seems quite unique. You have to use an item several times before fully knowing and understanding it. I've also found 2 shells and 2 weapons far.
