First Lap CRASH at Mid Ohio

18,909I barely avoided this first lap crash at Mid Ohio. Honestly, I think rolling starts are more chaotic than standing starts (unless someone stalls). In a rolling start, we are closer together and we reach T1 at a higher top speed. Any one else find it strange that most American series still opt for rolling starts?
