I came into this game already a little hype because I'm a fan of several of the anime characters that are featured in this game. My favorite anime is Yu Yu Hakusho but I've watched tons of the other ones in here like Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Naruto, a little bit of Boruto, Bleach, Fist of the North Star, Hunter X Hunter, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Death Note, My Hero Academia, Rurouni Kenshin, Saint Seiya, Yu-Gi-Oh! The other ones I'm not really familiar with. So going into this game I already have an idea because I've seen the trailers. I knew that the gameplay is in third person and pretty fast pace. It's pretty easy to get into compared to the 2D or 2.5D fighting games which are a little more difficult than these types. I got introduce to the character creator screen and then brought into the world. It seems Frieza is ones again causing havoc and destruction in the world like he always does. Also this cube thing seems to be turning the good guys bad. Hmmm. I'm gonna play this game again later and livestream some more of it. I'm liking the gameplay so far. I've yet to try the online fighting mode so I'll do that later. I've only done the tutorials and some gameplay against the AI which I gotta say was pretty hard! I got my butt kicked a few times before finally learning how to dodge and counter. I gotta remember to finish a combo with a super move! I also love the part where you get to knock your opponent into buildings and just send them flying at blazing speeds when doing the Stage Transitions or I'd like to call it Environmental Attacks. It's easier to pull that off in games like the DBZ Budokai games but this one requires a little more input but I still need more practice and training! Also honestly I wasn't too blown away by this game maybe because of how some of the characters were designed. It's okay but the gameplay makes up for it!
