Start the level by going into the small painting to the left. Then you must find all 5 secrets as big Mario. The location of the secrets in the order I get them are:
#1: The hole where the Big Steelys come from. (0:13)
#2: At the very top of the island there is a hole in a puddle of water. (0:20)
#3: The hole just above the beach with the wooden path leading into it. (0:27)
#4: The hole that is next to your starting position. You must touch the other side. (0:33)
#5: The cannon hole. (0:39)
