The first thing you want to do is make your way up the mountain to the part just after you leap across a wide gap. There is a Fwoosh (cloud enemy) at this part. If you run against the side of the mountain where the line of coins is you'll notice it jiggles like a painting. Jump into the wall.
Then you'll want to go down the slide and enter the hole at the end.
