Five Reasons I'm Struggling with the Pathfinder 2e Remaster (& Why I'm Still Hopeful Anyways!)

The Pathfinder 2e Remaster is finally here - and if I'm being honest, my emotions surrounding the Remaster have been a bit of a roller coaster. Many people covering the changes are very excited, and I can certainly see where they're coming from, but I've also felt really reluctant about engaging with the Remaster content at the same time!
In this video, I set out to explore this strange jumble of emotions & try to figure out why I'm both very excited and very concerned by the Pathfinder 2e Remaster! Ultimately, I want to take a big picture look at the Remaster & consider what it might mean for my favorite TTRPG.
And, I want to invite you to join me in the conversation! I imagine many people have had a similar experience, & I think discussing these reactions can help us clarify the path forward in this hobby & with this game!

Paizo has provided me with free pdfs of both the Player Core & GM Core Remaster Books for Pathfinder 2e. They have not attempted to influence my content in any way & have allowed me full creative freedom in how I choose to discuss these books.
While this video will NOT be a deep dive into these specific books (I'm still reading & reviewing them at this time), I so plan to do content deep dives in the months ahead (so stay tuned)!
