Step 1) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Uninstall any remains of gaming
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 2) Delete the gaming service entry from registry editor
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 3) Update Windows and restart your PC and then try installing gaming services from Xbox App or using the command in powershell
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
