Fix for Cyberpunk 2077 Streching When in Fullscreen (32:9 21:9 16:9)
If your trying to play Cyberpunk 2077 at a different resolution or aspect ratio than your monitors native resolution it seems to fill the entire screen and strech no matter what monitor or gpu scaling settings you have chosen.
The "fix" is to play in Windowed mode.
But then you see all of your distracting background items, your desktop, your pop ups, etc.
So this is the fix FOR THAT :)
Basically a handy lightweight script self contained to add black bars to the game and protect immersion, while also making the game more convient to play in windowed mode by adding hotkeys to bring the game in and out of focus.

This has only been tested on my computer with my game, I have learned the hard way that many varibles mean many possible issues.
So if this does not work for you I can probably fix it, but I will need information from you as to why its not working.
The biggest issue I am wondering about is the name of the game window changing for people depending on the version. I have the GOG version.
I can add a guide on how to find that name and even add that as a varible in the config file, but lets start small :)
