Chromebook frozen or not responding? In this tutorial, I show you how to fix a frozen Chromebook that is unresponsive. This tutorial will help your Chromebook if it is stuck and not responding to any buttons on the keyboard or the mouse is not moving. Many times, a Chromebook will freeze or become unresponsive because of water damage, memory issues, malicious extensions, age, potential viruses, or the battery dies. If this tutorial works, it is important to ensure that any of these issues are fixed to prevent future problems.

Fix a Chromebook that is frozen or not responding:
1. Make sure that your Chromebook is charged or plugged in. If your Chromebook is plugged in, ensure the charge indicator light is on.
2. Hold down the power button for 5 seconds.
3. After 5 seconds, let go of the buttons and then hold down the power button to turn on the Chromebook.
4. If this doesn't work, repeat these steps again, but on the second try, hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
5. You have now reset your Chromebook and fixed it.
