Steps to Fix Bluetooth Error code 19 Windows Cannot start this hardware device because its configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) in Device Manager Windows 10

Step 1) Restart your system
Step 2) Run a Bluetooth Troubleshooter
Step 3) Update Windows 10
Step 4) Repair iTunes
Step 5) Update Bluetooth driver from Device manager
Step 6) Roll Back Bluetooth Driver
Step 7) Uninstall and reinstall Bluetooth driver
Step 8) Manually download Bluetooth driver from the PC manufacturer’s website
Step 9) Use Intel Driver Support Assistant if you Intel Bluetooth Device
Step 10) Update System BIOS
Step 11) Delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters from the registry
