Step 1) Restart computer
Step 2) Verify the game files
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 4) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram

Step 7) Close all the overlay apps, close all the overclocking application, perform clean boot

Step 11) Try Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
