Step 1) Wait till Shader is complete
Step 2) Change Audio settings in game
Set the Audio to STEREO
Reduce the dynamic range until sound is right for you.
Step 3) Change the sample rate in sound control panel
Step 4) Select the right audio device in Sound Settings
Step 5) Turn off Spatial Sound
Step 6) Disable Oculus/voicemeeter Audio Device under both recording and playback in sound control panel, do the same thing in device manager
Step 7) Uncheck Handsfree Telephony

Step 8) Disconnect external Microphone connected to the PC, you can also disable internal microphone in sound control panel
Step 9) Install Audio Driver
Step 10) Verify/Repair the game files
Step 11) Switch to computer integrated speaker
Step 12) Roll back graphics driver (517.48), current driver was causing stuttering in my case which resulted in audio issue.
