Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Try launching game multiple times
Step 3) Spam ALT+ Enter immediately after launching the game
Step 4) Put -windowed in launch options
Step 5) Roll back graphics driver (517.48)
Step 6) Roll back graphics driver via device manager
Step 7) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 8) Verify the game files
Step 9) Put -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 10) Unplug controller/gamepad USB dongle
Step 11) Launch the game from game installation folder
Step 12) Run the game as an administrator, (Epic Games Launcher user skip this step LS-0013)
Step 13) Update Windows to the latest version
Use update assistant or media creation tool to update your Windows

Step 14) Select Debug mode in NVIDIA Control panel
Step 15) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 16) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 17) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 18) Close all the overlay apps, close all the overclocking application, perform clean boot
Step 19) Install Visual C++ Files

Step 20) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 21) Try Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings, Turn off DLSS
Step 22) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
