I can't be bothered to do this fight with a non-Flandre strategy because I am SO done with these Enhanced Bosses. These tanky bastards are ridiculous. They make most of the cast useless. They force the few characters that are viable into using the same class again and again and again (Gambler). I also dislike how there's only one consistently viable Synergy (the SDM). Like, I don't mind that they're good, I just hate how they're the only real option.

One potential reason for the bad Post-Game balancing may be because of Gambler nerfs. Basically, Gambler used to provide a MUCH higher boost to damage with its passives (as pointed out by BlazingTrailer, pre-Plus Disk Gambler used to provide a 108% boost to damage, vs the paltry 43% boost it currently does). Now this doesn't explain ALL of the bad balancing and it certainly doesn't fix the problem of Gambler being dominant in the Post-Game, but it does explain why everything, even evasive bosses like the Shadow Malignut Eater and Shadow Poisonous Wasp, are unnecessarily tanky. With how dominant Flan and Patchy are here, I'm tempted to call the Post-Game a conspiracy to get players to use the SDM characters...

...I'd say "I'm never doing these bosses at Challenge Level again" but I'm morbidly curious and want to see if the Plus Disk characters can make these fights better, so (because I hate myself) I might try these bosses again, with a hacked save file, in the future.

I know that Maribel in NG+ does have a unique advantage against Knowledge's Shadow, she's also able to hit the Mirror's lowest affinity (VOI). I really want to know if they can make these bosses at all reasonable. Unless somebody comes up with an edited save for the Steam version, I might have to go back to using the SD older version of LOT2 to try this out (not that I have a problem with this. The Steam version is nice but running it is killing my ancient laptop...)
