In this video, how you'd flash Android Ice Cold Project custom Rom on your Android device. I have used Poco X3 Pro here, but this is an video of the universal method for doing the same.
I mean, just unlock the bootloader of your device, flash custom recovery
(link-https://youtu.be/AAsUBg5HqPc ) then download the ROM for your specific device, and flash the same after wiping the specified partitions!
Now format the data and reboot the device (remember first boot will take some time so be patient).
