How to flash lineage OS on any device

In this video, I am using Poco X3 Pro. For Poco X3 Pro, the lineage OS 19.1 (based on android 12) isn't available yet. Lineage OS is all about simplicity, it's not my favourite, but it is a fact that the simplicity of this thing is 'unmatchable'.
This Custom ROM is known as the worthy successor to legendary custom ROM name Cynogen mod. You get zero bloatware with it.

Prerequisites before doing this are;
Your bootloader should be unlocked and a custom recovery should be installed,
after this download the ROM package (all the links are given below),
the firmware file you want,
gapps (developer recommends open gapps and pico package in that, no heavy Gapps package)
