Welcome on board as we take the excellent FlyJSim 737-200 from the recently updated Bristol (EGGD) from PilotPlus in the UK to the popular holiday destination of Lanzarote (GCRR) in the Canaries.
This is a whopping 4-hour flight but we’re not going to be following any magenta line or using any Inertial System. We’ll be testing my rusty needle flying and routing conventionally from VOR to VOR using existing Upper Airways just as they did all those years ago.

The primary purpose of this stream is to give you the opportunity to see how I operate the aircraft in real time using real world operating procedures.
Time permitting, I will try and answer some questions you might have about commercial aviation and operating the 737-800 in general.
Whilst every effort is made to accurately replicate the way the aircraft is flown based on my experience as an Airline Captain and Type Rating Instructor, this is purely for entertainment only.
