FOC Alliance 7.63XB - Improving the enemy attacks
One of the bad things from the game, they are the space attacks from the enemy. I can increase the amount of units builded by the AI and increase the amount of units launched with each attack, but at the end, the game would be overloaded and we would see easily the zero bytes error. We have seen it before. Increase the normal building and number of units used at each the attack by the AI is bad, very bad.
By this reason, I have been thinking at one thing however before this thing could be made, I needed other thing, it was a good way where I could count the amount of enemy units in a map. I have made it and now I have designed a code which it deploys additional units for the AI if it has not launched too many units in the attack. Have fun.
It is a random code. Ignore in the video the messages because I must add some new. However, the quantity of the reinforces for the AI will be the same always, just the time from them entering the space map and the type are random. More than enough for a good improve from battles.
Other addition from the mod in the same similar concept (in fact, I made this other thing before), it is a big improve from the starbase reinforces, now they are not launched if you have another fleet in the space map, they are not launched in the begining, they can be launched later, with a delay and sometimes, even you can not receive them or you can not get all them. A level 5 starbase can get five groups of additional starships but sometimes, when the reinforces suffer a delay, you get the half or less. Have fun.
These code addition will give enough fun to the enemy attacks, now the enemy attacks will not be too weak and you will not find too easy defend your starbase. For the record, these reinforces from the AI are not equal at number depending from the starbase defending, if you have starbase level 3, the enemy will not get the same reinforces than if you have a level 5.
For the record, these reinforces are not formed by very powerful capital ships, they are mostly escort units, the type of units which they AI does not build at a big quantity. Clearly these additional codes will add to the game the thing which never could be improved because there is not a way where you can tell to the AI what it must be builded, just you can make suggestions and most of the time it builds bad quantities from the units. Now it will not happen and it will be very fun.
