Before you stands the esteemed Baron Alaric Ironsoul, ruler of these lands and master of all that you survey. Do you dare to prove your worth? Retrieve the sacred artefact. But I highly doubt it. Off you go, then!
With these words, a new challenge begins in Forge of Empires, which will recur both between and during ongoing events. The theme of this first challenge is the guild expedition. In the future, there will also be other thematic focuses.
The tasks in this quest series are not exceptionally difficult. We all know how to solve them. The real challenge lies in the time pressure. 32 tasks in just 2 days is no child's play. I completed all the quests in those 2 days and that's exactly what you see in the video here. However, during these two days you should be able to be online very often. Mini is only the duration of the event, not the number of quests.
I have used numerous accelerators to complete supply productions. Otherwise, the required 24-hour productions plus two 8-hour productions would hardly be feasible in 48 hours. I have a lot of accelerators in my inventory, but if these mini-challenges come up often, I'll probably run out of stock.
It can also happen that you have to use 10 diamonds when negotiating. However, the required negotiations in the guild expedition can be automatically counted as completed if level 4 of the guild expedition has already been completed at that time. On a Tuesday, however, this is really quite a challenge.
There are so many battles required in the guild expedition in this short event that it would not be possible to complete it in such a short time without buying additional attempts using medals. I was already through level 5 of the guild expedition on Wednesday. I've never been this fast before.
As there were no guild battles going on at the time, I ran out of possible fights. The neighbors had to take their turn. However, I didn't plunder. I was only interested in the battles.
Quests and prizes can be found in the first comment pinned below the video. However, each new mini-challenge can have completely different quests and prizes. A new, periodically recurring game element is being introduced here, not a fixed quest series with fixed rewards.
The rewards are quite something. There are already interesting prizes for each individual task. However, the real highlight is the Forgotten Temple. Normally you have to complete the guild expedition level 5 4 times to get this best combat bonus building in the game. Now a single 2-day event is enough. Some people will suddenly have 2 temples in the city at the same time. Well, if that's not an incentive to give it your all on these two days.
