The Viking Cheat in Forge of Empires

One fact upfront: I used the provoking word cheat in the headline of this video, but I am not revealing something illegal. You will not have to fear to be punished by InnoGames by following these instructions. It is absolutely legal to do the same, although I used something that the game designers did not plan to be used this way.

You start the viking outpost as usual. Build 3 shacks, 4 runestones and 1 axe smith. Let the axe smith produce 8 hours. As a side effect this will complete the first 4 quests of the viking questline.

After the production is completed use the 10 axes to enable shrines. Build 2 of them which completes quest 5. The reward for quest 5 is 20 forge points.

Now you abandon your outpost. You will have to wait 24 hours before you can start a new viking village. Then you repeat it, again aborting after completing the 5th quest. The goal is not to complete the questline or village, but to receive these 20 forge points with only very little time to be invested.

You can achieve this with only a few minutes every day. Mainly for young cities 20 additional forge points are very desirable and push the development significantly. More advanced cities, already collecting hundreds of forge points every day, will not notice these additional forge points as much.

Indeed I only recommend this procedure for young cities without many event buildings. Later, Yggdrasil , the viking's grand prize, developed to the top level is a very good building that you don't want to miss in your city. And another video coming soon in this channel will demonstrate how to complete the viking outpost in time without using diamonds by mainly using 8 hour production cycles.
