There's are some really powerful enemies here that are at least ten levels higher than the party, which you will have to avoid until you level up and get more gear.
At some point, you'll reach the Forest Labyrinth, which is a looping area that can only be escaped by following the paths near harvest points. Enemies will also spawn infinitely to pressure you, though it could make a convenient spot to grind.
Also, it's notable that Leo managed to survive out here for so long. He's the type who's much stronger than he looks.
