FREE MW2 Beta Codes, 2 FREE Blueprints & More CDL Championship Rewards for Warzone & Vanguard!

This morning the Call of Duty league announced the Viewership rewards for COD Champs which is taking place from the 4th of August till the 7th PST.

This time around there are some really sick rewards which even include codes for the MW2 Beta that’s just around the corner.

I’m sure most of you already have this done but for those who don’t know in order to be eligible for these rewards you need to link your activision account to Youtube.

To do this from youtube you need to click on settings, Then click on connected apps and along the top you’ll see activision ID and you’ll just need to click connect next to that and then sign in with your activision account you wish to unlock the rewards for.

So if you watch at any point over the weekend you’ll earn either a 30minute double xp or double weapon xp token every hour that you watch, up to a total of 16 tokens.

As well as this there are also daily rewards that you’ll get for watching a certain amount of time on a specific day.

So on day one you’ll unlock the camper calling card after watching for 30 minutes, the S&D star emblem after a hour, After 90minutes you’ll get a 1 hour double xp token, The Wall Banged Calling card after 2 hours and a double weapon xp token after 2 and a half hours.

Day two is more or less the same with the First Blooded Calling Card being rewarded after watching for 30minutes, The Round 11 Emblem after an hour, A double weapon XP token after an hour and a half, The Spawn Trapped Calling Card after two hours and a double xp token after 2 and a half hours.

On day three is when the rewards really get kicked up a knotch with the Donut Weapon charm being unlocked after 30minutes, The Sprinkes Weapon blueprint for the Volk after a hour, A double XP Token after an hour and a half, The COD Timing Watch after 2 hours, The Ego Chall Calling card at 2 and half hours and a double weapon xp token after 3 hours.

On championship sunday is when the MW2 Beta codes become available to win. Now getting one of these is a little different than the other rewards as they are going to be randomized drops rather than watching for a set amount of time to unlock one.
According to the official rules there are going to be 50,000 codes given out randomly to people watching the live stream. The official rules mention that during game one they’re going to be giving out 10,000 codes and after that they’ll be giving out 5,000 codes each game, That is unless it’s all over early and they don’t play more than 5 games in which case they’ll give out all of the remaining codes at the end of game 5.

So to me it sounds like you’re going to have the best chance to get a code by tuning into game one and then also game 5 as there is a chance of 25,000 codes being given out at the end of that game. Although if you’re just going to tab the stream up at the start of the day it won’t really matter to much.

From the official graphics on the CDL Website you’ll receive a notification on either the Call of duty league website or through the COD Companion App if you’re a winner of a beta code.

Also on that final day there are still some sick rewards to get for watching a set amount of time, There the Chip Emblem for watching for only 15 minutes, The CDL Champs Ring Weapon Charm after 30minutes, The Champs Automaton Blueprint after 45minutes, A double XP Token after an hour, The Down to the Wire Operator Skin after an hour and a half and finally a double weapon xp token after 2 hours.

Overall in my opinion the rewards for this event are really sick this time around, Especially that new operator skin, The 2 weapons blueprints and obviously the chance of getting a free beta code.
