freeCodeCamp, Avoid Colorblindness Issues by Carefully Choosing Colors that Convey Information VIDEO
In this lesson from the Applied Accessibility section of freeCodeCamp, we continue to further look into improving our site's visibility through the use of proper colors. Choosing the right colors is important when attempting to convey information. Good contrast between our background and our content is not only important to improve overall visibility, but it is vital for some who suffer from colorblind issues. If the colors used are too similar to each other on the color wheel, this can lead those who suffer from colorblindness to not be able to distinguish the colors. It is therefore important to use color which compliments each other and have a nice and visible contrast.
