This is the ninth mission of Blue Planet: War in Heaven, the second campaign of the Blue Planet series. Blue Planet tells the story of the GTVA's return to Earth after constructing the Delta Serpentis portal, modeled on the Knossos devices. We occupy the character of Sublieutenant Noemi Laporte of the UEFg Indus aerospace wing, attached to Second Fleet Mars. The Indus has been assigned to a special joint task force, along with the UEFg Yangtze and the Third Fleet frigates Katana and Altan Orde (which you may remember from The Blade Itself). Our first assignment is to cripple the GTVA's logistics train. A source inside the GTVA has passed us the jump schedule of the GTL Agincourt, an Anemoi-class logistics ship similar to the two that accompanied the 14th Battlegroup on its ill-fated expedition through the Sol jump gate. The Agincourt moves around the system both over and under the ecliptic on a schedule and GTVA warships meet it in the void to resupply, but with its schedule in hand we can ambush the ship while its drives are still cycling and make the capture. She is escorted by a corvette, two cruisers, and a crack fighter squadron.

We will jump in with the Indus and Yangtze while the Katana and Altan Orde join elements of Second Fleet to make a feinting strike at Jupiter, to distract the GTVA's main forces. Our two frigates will jam transmissions, but we only have a few minutes to neutralize the escort and disable the logistics vessel.
