This is the second mission of the Pandora's Box campaign for Freespace 2. The NTF incursion into Vasuda has destroyed the blockade and escaped into the system to parts unknown. We are engaging in a recon-in-force to discover the whereabouts of the NTF fleet, particularly their two destroyers. Our squadron is assigned a portion of the Vasuda asteroid belt. We are ordered to destroy any NTF craft we encounter. Bombers are on standby in case we encounter hostile capital ships.

Unlike most other content in this series, this is a blind first play. I never played this campaign when I first picked up Freespace years ago.
