This is the fifth mission of the Scroll of Atankharzim campaign for Freespace 2. Dr. Raphah's team aboard the GVSC Narandum has managed to partially stabilize the malfunctioning Knossos device, but parts are still needed to get it fully operational. In the meantime, nothing larger than a cruiser can safely use the corridor, so the GVTA is masking the presence of the small task force on the far side using sensor shielding from an AWACS. One cruiser is already in Marnakh, and fighter patrols are cycling in and out. It's our turn to cycle in. A second cruiser is due to arrive during our rotation. Meanwhile, we must destroy any Shivan ships that happen upon us, before they can escape the AWACS jamming field and raise the alarm.
