This is the first mission of the GVTA branch of the Scroll of Atankharzim campaign for Freespace 2. With the GVD Nekhbet in system and more GVTA assets pouring in through the repaired Knossos portal, we are going to scout out the second natural jump node in Marnakh. Now that we have sufficient assets to hold the portal, we are going to use our standard procedure, sending in an AWACS vessel with armed escort to conduct a scan of the system beyond. Our wing will escort the GVA Inmutef and the GVC Visar Quet on this sortie. Our task is to keep hostile forces off of the Inmutef until it completes its scans.
