The video accompaniment to the comparison of Stop The Express, originally published in Japan as "Bousou Tokkyuu S.O.S." for the Sharp X1 and Sony SMC-777 computers in 1983 by Hudson Soft. Also released for Commodore 64, Hitachi S1, MSX and Sinclair ZX Spectrum in 1984 by various publishers. PC remake by JDGames in 2004. Unofficial conversions for Commodore Plus/4 and Mattel Intellivision released in 2021 and 2023, respectively. All footage has been recorded using emulators, although footage of the Hitachi S1 version is missing, because I haven't been able to find it yet. As a bonus, the Nintendo Famicom game "Challenger" by Hudson Soft from 1985 was partly based on Bousou Tokkyuu S.O.S., and footage of the game is featured at the end of this video.
