The origin of the line is unknown, but everyone points to Frieza from Dragon Ball Z for starting that phrase. Well, this is false - as nowhere in the Funimation texas dub, Japanese dub or even the Ocean dub does Frieza ever state “this isn’t even my final form”. The moment that is the closest to this iconic fake line is from the Viz translation of Chapter 303 of the original Dragon Ball manga, titled “Vegeta’s Ploy”.
