Babycerasaurus is a low stated level 2 monster with the effect, that if it's destroyed specifically by a card effect, you get a special summon any level 4 or lower dinosaur monster from your deck. This card was released in 2006, and saw absolutely no play, because it had the terrible effect of needing to be destroyed by a card effect specifically. In an age where floaters like mystic tomato were more common, only having the trigger being 'destroyed by card effect' was seen as a detriment. And this was a case for 11 years until 2017 when the Dinosmasher's Fury Structure Deck was released.
