This campaign was part of the Japanese only PS1 version of this game. It's a bit more difficult than the original OCU campaign due to having less team members.

Like with my videos for the SNES version, the shop theme is subject to some copyright abuse that I cannot do anything about except edit it out. It seems like blatant plagiarism to me but if Square isn't doing anything about it, what can I do?
I sped up the shopping as well because the time it takes adds up very quickly over the course of a playthrough. I really would have liked this aspect of the game to have improved. So tedious.

As usual, this is segmented and edited. I'm using the melonDS emulator here which supposedly is an accurate emulator.

Notes
You can fight and destroy the new enemies that arrive during the second part of mission 3 but they do loads of damage and it's easy to lose your units to them. It obviously doesn't do anything to the story if you destroy one.

I took off the repair pack so that I would actually use everyone for combat but mission 9 forced me to use it. You can see what happens if you rely on it too much late into this part and the knock on effect it has on the second part. It renders whoever ends up using it completely ineffective for combat, unless you're willing to spend a load of time grinding in the arena, which I was not. Once again, nothing is done off-screen.

Mission 9 is pretty brutal and I don't think it's fun at all. Missilers are just way too strong already and massively inflating their stats for this mission only makes things worse. Just awful.

Secret missions 2 and 3 are available right after mission 9 but to prevent them from turning into more nightmare slogs like mission 9 was, I delay them until the new team member joins.
I then proceed to absolutely stomp the two missions. The few times where combat items are actually useful.
