Frostbite Atari 2600 Gameplay
2Sharing some interesting gameplay from the game Frostbite which was developed in 1983 for the Atari 2600.
The game was developed by Steve Cartwright and published by Activision. The concept in this game is you play as Frostbite Bailey, an ice hopper who for some reason needs to build a NEW igloo each day to survive the Frostbite filled nights. To find blocks of ice to help build the igloo, you have to guide Frostbite Bailey across blocks of ice to collect them while dodging hazards like crabs, clams, birds, etc. If you fall into the water you will lose a life by being frozen and suffer Frostbite. It an interesting concept of a game combining the mechanics of Frogger with trying to complete a task in limited time.
