Sharing some interesting gameplay from the game Hero/H.E.R.O which was developed in 1984 for the Atari 2600. The game H.E.R.O was developed by John Van Ryzin and published by Activision. H.E.R.O is definitely one of the more detailed games in my opinion for the Atari 2600 system.

The concept for this game is that you play as a Rescue worker named Roderick Hero (Surprised his last name is Hero), who traverse into a mine that up in the mountains to rescue the miners that are trapped in there. Roderick is armed with a Laser Gun Helmet to shoot enemies, a Heli-Backpack to fly around, and stacks of dynamite. You have a limited time to get to the end of each level to rescue the miner trapped there to proceed.
