NOTE: I've noticed that these teleporters seem to unlink from each other when the world is reloaded, or the server is restarted. I'm sure this will be fixed. But for now it still works as demonstrated in the video.

You will need:
- 2 Redstone Energy Cells
- 2 Advanced Turtle Teleporters
- Engineering Turtle

You need the Misc Peripherals mod. Several FTB packs have it included.

I charge my REC's using electrical engines fed by solar panels. I use the REC's to power my quarry.

For those who have the problem discussed in the comments:
Are you sure you are linking and not unlinking? Make sure the chat bar says "linked", and make sure you have teleporter A linked to B, and B linked to A. After making sure that's right, make sure that the chunks are staying loaded at both teleporters
