FTB Speedplay #9 - Nether stuff and other liquids
2In this episode:
The trip to the Nether went ok, got lots of glowstone to begin with, but no fortress nearby. Will have to do some scouting off cam to find one or a few. And the first "advanced" item I made was of course the electric jetpack! I also got started with the biofuel power, but I couldn't really place everything like I was hoping for so I ended up changing all power systems a lot. And with the new machines from last episode I could start using Liquiducts instead of waterproof pipes, it really helps in small spaces!
The Igneous Extruder isn't really that necessary, but it saves time and maybe more important: durability on the diamond pickaxe. And I have plenty of lava! I had to expand the tank, and it is time to move the pump again. Still lots of lava down there. Will do pump movements off cam though.
With the Magma Crucible and Liquid Transposer I could finally make a Redstone Energy Cell, I don't know how to place it since I have messed up my initial power plan. But more important is that I can make Redstone Conduits, and for next episode all conductive pipes will be replaced and some of the power setup will be modified, and it is probably not the last time that will happen...
