Another build with Atziri's Disfavour for some mega AoE for Vengeance counter skill. Converting into lightning damage, 100% shock chance and Storm Secret ring to proc Herald of Thunder, which then procs Vengeance, which procs HoT and so on. Satisfying pops, but bossing damage felt low despite PoB showing 3mil before shocks and over 4mil with shocks but often felt less than 1mil per hit vs some bosses.
