I used general terms and examples from other games to hint to or talk about my concerns in a way that would not violate the NDA. I confirmed that I am not violating it by talking to other Content Creators, and veterans of betas. Some of those people did consult with a licensed legal person

The conerns I have are the same for other games so this entire recording is in general terms and not specific to Xdefiant though they do apply to it as well
