Future Leaders Of The Army Put To The Test In Germany | Forces TV
Future leaders of the British Army have been put through their paces on the battlefield in Germany, testing how they react in the heat of enemy attack. Out on the Sennelager Ranges, soldiers from 1 Armoured Medical Regiment have spent 7 days living in the field and developing their leadership techniques on a Pre Non-Commissioned Officer Cadre. Situations are intentionally orchestrated to provide as realistic experience as possible.
