G4G news-Cliff Bleszinski says he's done making games :(
2Well if the news is true, it's a sad day for a lot of classic FPS players. CliffyB aka Cliff Bleszinski has recently said on his twitter that he is no longer making games. This comes as a bit of a shock as he said he'd likely be back when he folded Boss Key studios about 1/2 a year ago. Boss Key made Lawbreakers which did not fare as well as planned but then made the dumpster fire that was Radical heights. Unlike Lawbreakers, Radical Heights barely made it into the testing phase before it died a flaming death. After the 2 failed projects, Boss Key shut down.
CliffyB's works were quite influential in my life as I am in the clan I'm in today thanks to UT99. The chain of events that started when I got picked up for a competitive clan (from a domination pub server), would eventually lead me to where I am today in terms of gaming. CliffyB's departure isn't without its share of small controversy however as a former Boss Key employee is saying Cliffy's claims are not true. Cliffy stated he continue to pay his former employees for a few months after the company demise but Zack Lowery is claiming otherwise. Is this just good natured ribbing like Cliffy claims or is it an exaggeration like Zack claims?
